Papercraft-a-long Week 4: Activity Books

Welcome to Week 4 of our first ever Papercraft-a-long.  This time I'll be showing off a set of little activity books inspired by the original Historical collections from American Girl.  These were made from the activity sheets that American Girl used to offer, and have some of the original illustrations before the big change.  The original human-sized activity sheets used to be on the American Girl website, but the website revamps removed all of them.

Each little booklet is about 3.5" x 2.5" with at least 4 activities inside and has text big enough to read.

The human actually made these last December, and just never actually took pictures of them.  There's a book for every girl in the old Historical lineup, even the retired ones.  (Sorry, no Maryellen.)  These would make great little extras for presents for dolls or girls.  There's a dozen booklets in all.

Enjoy!

  1. Thank you! Those are lovely! You've worked hard to make all those and it is very generous of you of sharing them so graciously! Thank you also for all those previous paper crafts and pattern you've shared! I'm glad I now find a spot where I can leave a comment to say how much I appreciate!

  2. Thank you for the booklets, I get these for my granddaughter, she has much more fun doing things for her doll than actually playing with the doll. Last Christmas sh cut, and glued all sorts of things, and gramdma had to make a backpack and purse to hold it all. I am hoping this year she will want to use the sewing machine to make some simple clothes, and the books.
